I want to share about the most important beauty tip I can give you. It has to with posture, and one of my dad’s favorite things to say to me: Walk tall. I have been walking tall since I was a little girl. Sometimes it can be the hardest thing in the world to do. What I love about it, is that it is a game changer for anyone and everyone. If I walk with my back straight and tall and my head up, the open mind, heart and eyes that result make me beautiful. This is universally true. We become beautiful, comfortable in our own skin. We are engaged with the world and the world engages with us. So please, make this a beauty manifesto for yourself. Walk tall every day and see what a difference it makes. It puts you just a few movements from the powerful wonder woman stance, hands on hips which also loads you with courage and makes you shine. Walk the earth with your invisible crown, you will have to move with care and keep your posture perfect and head up or your crown will slip…
